Like any hardware store or like the tool box or tool drawer you have at home, your most useful tools are often the simplest. People looking for new healing tools want to collect and put together their own toolbox of favorite tools and modify them according to individual wants and needs. “Open source” Tools That Heal must be easy to use or else—who cares? If we mention open source software, like FireFox, and use it as a metaphor; then, ToolsThatHeal is open source healing, source code for the psyche and source code for self-healing. The mission of Healing Toolbox is supporting anyone looking for tools to make positive change in their lives.

This is why gratitude, self-forgiveness, kinesiology testing and healthy lifestyle are spreading so quickly and widely. They are the simplest, very useful tools!

Since 1970 many more simple tools for self-healing have come to light than most people know about, some of them not uncovered until the 1990s. How to teach kinesiology testing in a safe context of spiritual protection and so everyone who wants to learn, can test, was only worked out around 2000. So there are many new tools recently developed after Touch for Health and NLP.

Add your own tools HERE

Because of my own needs for self-healing, I seem to be continually uncovering or devising new tools. All tools here are learnable, designed for beginners, with a low enuf “ramp of difficulty” that anyone can climb on board. It’s a toolbox; it’s a “playground,” a great place to exercise and develop your intuition, sensitivities, whether you are clairvoyant or not

You CAN learn how to take care of yourself. If you are looking for it, you can progress in your own personal-spiritual growing. The time is right for self-healing in America now.

If you get stuck on any of these tools, give me a call 310-280-1176 between 8:00 am and 9:00 PM PST. Skype SelfHealingCoach. You can also email me a question at HealingEachOther@gmail.com. Also monthly telecalls.

What’s in your toolbox?

You already have an energetic toolbox. With my hand over my eyes and without peeking, I can tell you some of the tools you have in your box:

Curiosity
gratitude
choice
attention
intention
honesty
forgiveness
integrity
love
devotion

Q: Why are you calling these simple things “tools”? I take those things for granted. They’re not tools.

A: Hmm, okay, your choice. For me each of these are tools I use daily. To me, each is a soul capacity. But tools sitting in a box do no good; I have to USE them, practice with them, or they get dusty. They only become active as I use them. The more I use them, the more skill I gain with them. If I ignore them—my skill diminishes. It’s a “use it or lose it” game.

“Devotion” is classic here. Yogananda, founder of SRF, author of Autobiography fo a Yogi, is a shining example of how far one can get using a simple tool like devotion. To me, Yogananda was a master of devotional living in the best sense, that was his “tool” for growth.

Q: So a “tool” is a practical metaphor for “soul capacity”?

A: Yes, that captures much of it. The more frequently we use a soul capacity, the more conscious we become of its uses and range of application.

Q: So a “tool” is also analogous to a “muscle;” if we use it frequently, it gets stronger?

A: Yes. Find your own words for this. Our spiritual muscles require exercise. If the metaphor of “tools” works for you great.

Q: Why do most of us feel we have so few tools to create positive change in our lives?

A: That’s an educational aspect. Conventional 20th century education, outside of Waldorf schools, some charter and private schools, was pretty dismal in terms of conveying independent thinking, let alone Tools That Heal. Fortunately we can make up these educational deficits as adults. Today, you, Dear Reader, are likely to understand awareness, soul, choice and intention, are our most valuable tools as human beings.

The new self-healing is increasingly interactive, hands-on, and conveyed face-to-face, person-to-person in self-healing practice groups of many diverse kinds. The more we practice, the better we get; and, we all need practice.
