What will my individual sessions be like?

Well if you have a “shopping list” of health or other concerns you wish to address, we make these your energetic “target.”  In any case, we call in the Light to run the show and invite Spirit to guide the session for your highest good.  I take my cues from them because down here in 3D, we can only see from “I level.” Spirit does not have this limitation.  They see your issue better than either of us can.

Maybe you have a “Get out of Jail FREE” card; we call that Grace.  If not, I flip thru Best Practices in Healing and views from NEW Energy Anatomy to learn how Spirit views the primary causative factors of your concern. In 20 minutes or less we can move on to solutions.  My 40 years of collecting solutions is useful here. Together we TEST which solutions work best with you.  You decide what to do.  You walk away with all the health you can carry.

Confidentiality & being spirit-led

Confidentiality is a necessity.  Once your session is over, I let it go completely.
